1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Clarovo (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Clarovo is a consulting operating system. We provide a multi-tenant workspace for boutique consulting firms to run client engagements with the help of orchestrator-driven sub-agents. The Service includes (a) the web application at clarovo.xyz, (b) the FastAPI backend and its associated endpoints, (c) the underlying Supabase database + RLS policies, and (d) the Harness-wrapped sub-agents that produce structured output from your source material.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to (a) reverse-engineer the Service or attempt to extract its source code, (b) upload content you do not have the right to use, (c) use the Service to produce material that infringes a third party's intellectual property, (d) attempt to bypass the multi-tenant RLS isolation, or (e) use the Service to produce material that is defamatory, harassing, or illegal.

5. Sub-agent output

Sub-agent output is generated by large language models. Clarovo does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any sub-agent output for any particular purpose. The Harness enforces input validation, output validation, supervised gates, audit trail, rollback, and cost / token budgets (see/responsible-ai), but the partner-attestation review is the partner's responsibility.

6. Fees and payment

Paid plans (Solo Advisor, Boutique Firm, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are at /pricing. We may change prices with 30 days' notice; existing subscriptions honor the price for the duration of the billing cycle.

7. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe billing portal (link at /pricing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clarovo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the /changelog and via email to the workspace owner at least 14 days before they take effect.
